Training a Leadership team for Crisis - Royal Cayman Islands Police Service (RCIPS)

THE CLIENT
The Royal Cayman Islands Police Service (RCIPS) is a single national police force with a unified command structure based on the UK model. Whilst a relatively lawful country, the Cayman Islands suffer from drug smuggling. Financial money laundering, smuggling by international organised crime networks as well as the annual threat posed by hurricane season and maritime storms,

THE SERVICE
ROS successfully participated in a tender to provide a programme of blended learning to the RCIPS senior leadership team. Training provided was successfully delivered by offshore ROS expert coaches based offshore and used ROS preferred active digital learning pedagogy.

THE OUTCOME
The Crisis training was extremely well received by the RCIPS Leadership and excellent learning outcomes were evident in summative assessments. Through asynchronous training, RCIPS was able to establish functional learning networks among senior leaders from across the organisation.
