Feasibility review for a single defence serious crime capability - Ministry of Defence

THE CLIENT
Combining the investigatory resources and specialist skills of the single military services represented a highly contested project for the MOD despite strong senior-level approval.  ROS was appointed to explore and report on the feasibility of competing models of implementation.

THE SERVICE
ROS Consultants provided a root and branch review of the Defence Policing Serious Crime capability including the three single services and the Ministry of Defence Police. This was a  large multi-stakeholder, multi-consultant project.

THE OUTCOME
The terminal report developed by ROS was presented to the MOD leadership and briefings were arranged with key stakeholders in the implementation process, including Sir Richard Henriques, subsequent author of the DSCU report that provides the definitive statement on the chosen model.
